My love for food started the day I tried kimchi when I was 2 years old. The explosion of sour, spicy, and sweet flavors of the crunchy kimchi in my mouth opened a gate of curiosity to try different types of cuisines from all over the world. Since then my food-ventures of creating and trying different types of new fusion began, such as sushi-ritto, bulgogi tacos, kimchi pasta, and the list goes on. I witnessed how I can learn so much about different cultures and how food can bring people together. Growing up, my dad taught me to try anything in life before making a judgment.
